At our last gathering, MCTU announced an exciting new program, the 5 River Fishing Challenge.  This program is designed to get more anglers out fishing more waters in the Middle Tennessee Area by offering a free T-Shirt to anyone who registers and catches a fish on each of these rivers:  Caney, Duck, Elk, Harpeth, Stones.  We believe that people that use with our water resources will be more engaged in protecting them.

The 5 River Fishing Challenge is off to a roaring start with over 60 people registered and several catches have been reported.  Congratulations to Mike, Bradley, and Jim for being the first to report a catch.  The first two catches were reported on the Elk.
